There's a lot to do at Harris Hill, for all ages. In addition to public glider rides offered by Harris Hill Soaring, There is the excellent, family-sized Harris Hill Amusement Park with motorized kiddie rides, arcade games, batting cages, a driving range - and food!. They also sport one of the region's best gas-powered micro-race tracks for kids! Visit their web site for details.

You will find a large public park and numerous picnic areas adjacent to the amusement park. Add in the horseshoe pits and the large attended (and heated!) swimming pool, and you have a full day's adventure on this one mountaintop!

Another popular destination on Harris Hill is the National Soaring Museum, situated adjacent to the runway of Harris Hill Soaring. The NSM has the nation's largest and most complete collection of restored sailplanes and gliders.

Along with historical and interpretive displays, and fascinating electronic flight simulations, the NSM offers numerous life-sized sailplanes, a gift shop and a world-class view of on-going flight operations at the adjacent soaring site.
